Nurse Maude 80 Bed Hospital Facility Complex

This project was awarded to Phased Electrical Solutions Ltd after tendering for (Our contract value $65K). With the Teams background, we undertook a project that involved the installation of a new boiler house and wiring up of the Mechanical plant for 80 Bed facilities including the control systems.

Ngaio Marsh Hospital Long Care Facility

This project was awarded to Phased Electrical Solutions Ltd after tendering for (Our contract value $16K). This work included the installation of the Boiler House systems and Air-conditioning of the Hospital. St George’s Hospital New Boiler house Upgrade This project was awarded to Phased Electrical Solutions Ltd after negotiated with the Mechanical Contractors and the Hospital (Our contract value $33K). The project included the installation for the Electrical for Mechanical to the new MTHW Boilers and Steam Boilers. Also associated was all the pumps etc.

University of Canterbury Chemistry Upgrade Project

After negotiations project was awarded to Phased Electrical Solutions Ltd for Stage 4 & 4A (Our contract value was about $150K). The project consisted of Air Conditioner plant, Fume Cupboards Mechanical Services Plant, Switchboard upgrades; this also included the control system.
